Bieber is getting ready for the release of his second album in five months, which hits store shelves on March 23. My World 2.0 features Bieber's Ludacris tag-team "Baby" and "Never Let You Go."

Are you as ready for the summer as I am? Well, when looking at the new Roxy Collection by Cynthia Rowley I just wanted to book a ticket to the closest warm-weathered beach in the middle of January.
It consists of wetsuits, board shorts, T-shirts, dresses, swimwear, and accessories. "My family and I surf a lot," the designer-slash-wave-rider said. "But don’t get me wrong: I am no pro; I just love to surf."
The brightly pastel clothes look like they faded from sun and salt into a chill, beachy palette. From the So-Cal looking sandals to the color blocked tanks and dresses, I can't wait until sandal season is in full effect.

Lindsay is eager to collaborate with GaGa. She admits work on her third studio album has stalled, but has got her heart set on a duet with the glam star.
In Lindsays personal twitter she posted "I want to do a mini-movie music video with Lady GaGa in L.A., NYC, and all over Europe. OBSESSED WITH YOUR NEW VIDEO! You've just become epic in my book."
