 Now it's official: Lindsay Lohan's out of Ungaro. Last Monday, at Ungaro's fashion show in Paris, Lindsay was nowhere to be seen, but Asim Abdullah, who owns Ungaro, declared that the actress had no involvement whatsoever in this upcoming collection. Now Lindsay herself affirmed she's not working for Ungaro anymore: "There's some legal stuff going on, so I can't talk much", said Lohan, who might not be working with Ungaro anymore, but is still present at every designer's fashion show in Paris. The question is... Why?

Lindsay Lohan is known for her acting career, fashion taste relationships with designers and some personal drama we read in gossip mags.

Focusing on the positive, Lindsay has obviously a love for fashion and expressing herself through garments.

We know she has a self-tanner and her leggings under the 6126 label but now, she is expanding that into an all inclusive apparel collection with tops, bottoms, dresses and of course a signature leather jacket which is no surprise seeing that she normally tops her outfits with one as well.

Jennifer Lopez and Nicole Richie look like twins in both an ivory L'Wren Scott dress and brunette hairstyles (both also showing off their bangs). Lopez paired her dress with Louboutins and Richie promoted her own line of accessories dressing it up with House of Harlow 1960 bangles.

Ciara and Kim Kardashian both wore their sharp shouldered off-white Zara dress with wide black waist cinching belts and black platform heels. I'm digging Ciara's belt but the dress might have fit Kim a little better. Remember girls, fit is always the most important thing when trying clothes on.

If you haven't heard, Lindsay Lohan was hired by Moufarrige, Chief Executive and President of fashion line Emanuel Ungaro as the brands artistic advisor to hopefully revive the brand and attract younger fashionistas. Well, the fashion critics tore the collection to shreds. 

Different sized shaped hearts were everywhere.

Fashion bible (next to Vogue of course) WWD said the line was an embarrassment.

 Remember I told you last Sunday that Lindsay Lohan declared she was releasing a jewelry collection with Pascal Mouawad - who co-designed Nicole Richie's House of Harlow accessories - for Bebe? Well... Maybe the actress spoke too soon. The designer sent an e-mail stating that Lohan's declarations were "innacurate" and that even though there were talks, there will not be a collaboration in their future.

After her disastrous debut at the house of Ungaro, Lindsay Lohan might have a second chance, this time for Bebe: "Pascal and I are actually working together, we're doing something with a friend owns Bebe. We're doing a collection for them and we're also gonna be doing some other things", said the troubled actress, refering to jeweler Pascal Mouawad. As long as this collection is all about leggings, Lindsay is safe.

No! Just kidding!

Lindsay is eager to collaborate with GaGa. She admits work on her third studio album has stalled, but has got her heart set on a duet with the glam star.

In Lindsays personal twitter she posted "I want to do a mini-movie music video with Lady GaGa in L.A., NYC, and all over Europe. OBSESSED WITH YOUR NEW VIDEO! You've just become epic in my book."

I wonder what GaGa is thinking?!
